Iowa Code § 421B.6 - Sales exceptions
This chapter does not apply to certain wholesale or retail cigarette sales: isolated transactions, bona fide clearance sales to end cigarette trade, and sales of imperfect or damaged cigarettes, if the required reason and quantity are stated.
