Iowa Code § 455I.7 - Notice

1. A copy of a recorded environmental covenant shall be provided to each of the following in the manner required by an agency: a. Each person that signed the environmental covenant. b. Each person holding a recorded interest in the real property subject to the environmental covenant. c. Each person in possession of the real property subject to the environmental covenant. d. Each municipality or other unit of local government in which real property subject to the environmental covenant is located. e. Any other person the agency requires. 2. The validity of an environmental covenant is not affected by failure to provide a copy of the environmental covenant as required under this section. 2005 Acts, ch 102, §11
