Iowa Code § 459.202 - Confinement feeding operations structures — separation distances

The following shall apply to confinement feeding operation structures: 1. a. Except as provided in subsection 3 and sections 459.203, 459.205, and 459.206, this subsection applies to confinement feeding operation structures constructed on or after May 31, 1995, but prior to January 1, 1999; and to the expansion of structures constructed prior to January 1, 1999. b.
