Iowa Code § 468.252 - Hearing on petition
A petition may be amended before final action. At the hearing, the board must decide whether the petition is sufficient and rule on objections. If certain findings are made, the board must order the district abandoned and dissolved and file the order with the county auditor and drainage record.
