Iowa Code § 522A.6 - Vendor qualifications
If a qualified vendor is available, the commissioner must use the nearest qualified vendor. Vendors must have at least two years of teaching experience related to the products in this chapter. The commissioner may also approve a qualified rental company to administer section 522A.3 requirements.
