Iowa Code § 657A.10A - Applicability

1. The provisions of sections 657A.1A through 657A.10 shall only apply to cities and counties that have, by ordinance, provided that the provisions shall apply. 2. The provisions of sections 657A.1A through 657A.10 shall not apply to a house, barn, outbuilding, or other building or structure located on agricultural land. For purposes of this subsection, “agricultural land” means land suitable for use in farming.
