Iowa Code § 659.4 - Candidate — retraction — time — imputing sexual misconduct
A retraction is unavailable for certain libel claims involving a candidate for office unless it is published conspicuously on the editorial page, and it is also unavailable if the libel was published within two weeks before the election.
