Iowa Code § 677.8 - Acceptance — judgment
If the plaintiff accepts an offer, the plaintiff must give notice to the defendant or the defendant’s attorney within five days after the offer is made; then the offer and acceptance paperwork may be filed and the court must enter a minute and render judgment accordingly.
