Iowa Code § 85B.12 - Hearing aid provided
An employer liable for occupational hearing loss must provide a hearing aid for each affected ear, unless it would not materially improve communication. Compensation for occupational hearing loss cannot be reduced just because a hearing aid may improve communication.
