Iowa Code § 88B.3A - Permit required — application, qualifications, and exceptions
A business entity must apply to the department in the required form and pay the prescribed fee to qualify for a permit. A business entity doing asbestos removal or encapsulation must also hold a permit unless it is doing that work at its own facilities.
