75-3358. Conveyance of certain land in Shawnee county to Shawnee community mental health center authorized; deed conveying land. (a) The secretary of social and rehabilitation services shall convey to the Shawnee community mental health center the following described state property located in the city of Topeka, Shawnee county, Kansas, described as follows: A tract of land situate in the southeast quarter of section 26, township 11 south, range 15 east of the 6th principal meridian, in Shawnee county, Kansas, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the southwest corner of the southeast quarter; thence on a bearing of north 00°15'09" east, along the west line of the southeast quarter, a distance of 1,148.90 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing on a bearing of north 00°15'09" east, along the west line, a distance of 654.21 feet; thence on a bearing of north 89°08'13" east, a distance of 278.01 feet; thence on a bearing of south 01°03'45" east, a distance of 497.95 feet; thence on a bearing of south 43°17'11" west, a distance of 233.28 feet; thence on a bearing of north 85°55'06" west, a distance of 130.48 feet to the point of beginning. The above described tract contains 4.033 acres, more or less. Said tract of land is subject to all restrictions, reservations, easements, and covenants of record, if any. (b) Such land shall be used for construction and operation of facilities to provide services and treatment for the mentally ill and drug and alcohol dependent persons. (c) The deed conveying the above-described land shall be approved by the attorney general and shall be executed by the secretary of social and rehabilitation services. Such deed shall provide that in the event the above-described land shall cease to be used by the Shawnee community mental health center, or its successors, then all right, title and interest in such land shall revert to the state of Kansas.
