Kansas Statutes § 60-2402 Multiple executions.
When two or more general executions are levied on the same judgment debtor’s property, priority questions are decided the same way as conflicting claims and multiple attachment orders under K.S.A. 60-713, subject to prior rights, liens, or preferences created independently by law.
