Kansas Statutes § 16-711 Change in location of place of business; notice; duplicate license; restrictions.

A licensee who moves business locations within the same licensing subdivision must immediately notify the clerk, and the clerk must issue a duplicate license. The old license must be returned after the new one is received. Moving outside the licensing subdivision is not allowed under the same license.
