Kansas Statutes § 20-210 Replacement without charge, when.
The state law librarian may replace Kansas reports without charge if they were destroyed by fire, flood, or another natural catastrophe and were originally delivered to and kept by an office or agency authorized to receive them without charge under K.S.A. 20-208.
