Kansas Statutes § 65-153g Same; how reported.
People reporting births and stillbirths must attach a separate sheet stating whether a syphilis blood test was done during the pregnancy, and if so, the date or, if not, the reason it was not done. The birth certificate itself must not show the test fact, legal requirement, or result.
