Kansas Statutes § 16a-3-302 (UCCC) Cross-collateral.

A seller in a consumer credit sale may use cross-collateral security interests, but the finance charge on the secured balances may not exceed the allowed amount, and the seller must make required adjustments within a reasonable time.
