Kansas Statutes § 68-556 Competitive bids required for carload purchases; proposal forms; time.

Lumber and timber purchases of one or more carloads must use competitive bids, wait at least 10 days after proposal forms are available, and follow bid-opening rules unless an emergency waiver applies.
