20-3015. Clerk of supreme court ex officio clerk of court of appeals; duties; rules of supreme court to govern writing and publication of opinions; supreme court reporter ex officio reporter of court of appeals; duties of judicial administrator. (a) The clerk of the supreme court shall be clerk of the court of appeals, and it shall be his or her duty to enter of record all orders, judgments, decrees and proceedings of the court of appeals, to issue all process required by law or ordered by such court and to perform such other duties as may be required of him or her by the court of appeals or by law. (b) The supreme court shall adopt rules prescribing the standards and procedures governing the writing and publication of the opinions of the court of appeals. The supreme court reporter shall be reporter of the court of appeals and shall publish such opinions of the court of appeals as may be required by rule of the supreme court. (c) The state judicial administrator shall provide to the court of appeals such administrative services as may be directed by the supreme court. History: L. 1975, ch. 178, § 15; July 1.
