Kansas Statutes § 38-2376 Same; discharge from commitment; notification.
Juveniles must be discharged from commitment when certain conditions are met, unless an extended jurisdiction juvenile prosecution sentence applies. The juvenile justice authority and county or district attorney must also give advance notice before discharge.
