KRS § 15.570 Waiver of basic training program upon satisfactory completion of comparable program.
The secretary of justice and public safety may waive the basic telecommunicator training program and certify applicants, but only with the Kentucky Law Enforcement Council’s approval and only when applicants show completion of a comparable law enforcement telecommunicator training program.
