KRS § 342.165 Increase or decrease in compensation for failure to comply with safety law -- Compensation not payable if employee falsely represents physical condition or medical history at time of employment.

This section increases or decreases workers’ compensation payments when an accident involves safety-law violations, and bars compensation if an employee knowingly makes a false written statement about physical condition or medical history when hired.
