KRS § 341.4163 Shared work compensation plan approval deadline.
The secretary must approve or reject a plan in writing within 30 days. Only one plan may be approved for an employer in any 12-month period, and if a plan is rejected, the employer may submit another plan no earlier than 15 days after the last rejection.
