KRS § 15.408 Minimum age required to attend basic training course.
A person aged 20 or older may be eligible to be employed by a law enforcement agency for basic training if they will be 21 by certification; the Kentucky Law Enforcement Council must allow attendance if they will be 21 by the end of the course.
