KRS § 403.662 Coercive or violent relationship.

A collaborative lawyer must ask about coercive or violent relationship history before a participation agreement is signed, keep assessing it during the process, and stop the process if the lawyer believes such a history exists unless the parties request continuing and safety can be adequately protected.
