KRS § 227.395 Class B firefighting foam -- Restricted use during training or testing.

Class B firefighting foam with intentionally added PFAS chemicals cannot be used for firefighting training or testing, unless law requires it and the testing facility uses best industry practices to prevent uncontrolled releases.
