KRS § 70.100 Distrainable fee-bills -- Time allowed for collection.
A sheriff and the sheriff’s deputies may collect distrainable fee-bills for two years after the sheriff’s term ends, and may make distress while the fee still has distrainable force, subject to KRS 64.050(1).
