KRS § 65.172 Dissolution on majority vote -- When dissolution opposed, restriction on further attempt.

If voters approve dissolution, the fiscal court must order the district dissolved after its legal obligations are satisfied, the county clerk must remove any special ad valorem tax from the tax rolls, and the county must take the district’s assets. If voters oppose dissolution, no new attempt may be made for five years
