KRS § 426.300 Specific property -- Execution on judgment for.
If a judgment is for a specific thing, the plaintiff may seek execution to recover the property or, if elected, its assessed value; the court may also order payment of the assessed value if the property is gone or cannot be produced without the defendant’s fault.
