KRS § 148.770 Coordination with national trails system.
The commissioner must coordinate the state trails system with the national trails system and help with federal studies for including state trails. The commissioner may also sign written cooperative agreements for joint administration if the land-use terms are not less restrictive than KRS 148.610 to 148.780.
