KRS § 439.352 Recommitment of supervised individual on parole or post-release supervision -- Effect.
If a supervised person on parole or post-release supervision is recommitted to prison or jail for a new crime, that supervision status ends on any sentence not already finally discharged or restored, and the prisoner starts earning additional time credit at recommitment unless an exception applies.
