§4346. Ordinance directing disposition of property If a majority in number of those voting at the election, vote in favor of the proposition submitted, the governing authority shall, not earlier than thirty nor later than sixty days after the promulgation of the result, pass an ordinance ordering the appropriate executive officer to make the sale, lease or other contract, submitted to the voters, including the franchise to operate the same, and to execute the deeds, conveyances, and contracts necessary to carry out and consummate the proposition submitted and voted on.
