§702. Standards of construction No undeveloped land shall be sold or otherwise disposed of for use for the interment of human remains unless the person, cemetery authority, or other entity that intends to sell or otherwise dispose of such land for such use has made reasonable and adequate provisions for the installation of the necessary roadways, walkways, drainage, embellishments, features, landscaping, and other facilities that will ensure the completion of the undeveloped land into the kind of cemetery that is being or will be represented for sale to the buying public.
