§782. Authority to contract for and employ necessary personnel; purchase of immovable property The board is authorized to contract for and employ such professional, investigative, stenographic, and clerical personnel as are required to properly discharge the duties of the board as set forth in this Chapter, and to purchase immovable property to conduct the board's operations, provided that the fees and salaries of said personnel and funds for the purchase of immovables shall be paid entirely from fees collected by the board under the provisions of R.S. 37:770 and 795.
