§3103. Control and management A. Said fund shall be under the control and management of and shall be administered by, a Board of Trustees composed as hereinafter set forth. B.(1) The said Board of Trustees shall have control and management of said Firemen's Pension and Relief Fund and shall make all rules and regulations for the proper administration of said Fund not in conflict with the provisions of this Part; shall hear and decide all applications for benefits under this Part; and its decisions on such applications shall not be subject to review or reversal except by said Board itself, or upon appeal to the courts. (2) The said Board shall meet quarterly and a special meeting shall be called on forty-eight hours notice by the President at the request of any three members.
