CHAPTER 24. IMPLEMENTATION OF REORGANIZATION PART I. DEPARTMENTS NOT PREVIOUSLY IMPLEMENTED §951. Orderly transfer A. In order to effect an orderly transfer of the agencies and the powers, duties, responsibilities, and functions of agencies as provided in this Title, to departments for which transfers and abolitions of agencies were not approved prior to the effective date of the Act by which this Part is enacted, and in order to achieve maximum reorganization and consolidation within such departments, the procedures to be followed for such purposes shall be as set forth in this Chapter, and more specifically as provided in this Part. B. This Part shall be applicable to the following departments: the Department of Corrections, the Department of Health and Human Resources, the Department of Agriculture, the Department of Education, the Department of Elections and Registration, the Department of Insurance, the Department of Justice, the Department of Public Service, the Department of State, and the Department of the Treasury.
