RS 51:2247

A person may not deny someone full and equal access to the goods, services, facilities, privileges, advantages, or accommodations of a public accommodation, resort, or amusement because of race, creed, color, religion, sex, age, disability, or national origin, except as otherwise provided in the Chapter.
