§2280. Rules and regulations The secretary shall implement the provisions of this Chapter through appropriate rules and regulations including a general requirement providing an opportunity for a public meeting and if requested a public comment period of no more than sixty days duration prior to the approval of a plan for remedial investigation and selection of a remedy, and a requirement as to the records which must be kept and disclosed to the department and the intervals and times at which additional notifications regarding continuous or regular disposal must be made.
