§951.85. Allowances on disability retirement A participant retired on account of disability shall receive a service retirement allowance if he is eligible therefor; otherwise he shall receive a disability retirement allowance which shall consist of: (1) An annuity which shall be the actuarial equivalent of his accumulated contributions at the time of retirement; and (2) A pension equal to at least seventy-five per centum of the pension that would have been payable upon service retirement at the normal service retirement age had the participant continued in the service to the normal service retirement age without further change in compensation. (3) If the disability allowance herein above provided is less than three hundred dollars per annum, an additional pension sufficient to provide a total disability allowance of three hundred dollars per annum shall be payable.
