§73. Regulatory charges; rate A. Every cemetery authority shall pay, for each cemetery operated by it, an annual regulatory charge, as fixed by the board, of not more than five dollars for each interment, entombment, and inurnment made during the preceding full calendar year, but not less than fifty dollars for each cemetery. Upon payment of the applicable charges and compliance with the other provisions hereof and the rules and regulations of the board, the board shall issue a certificate of authority. B. The board may increase the regulatory charge specified in Subsection A of this Section to not more than twenty dollars to cover no more than the board's reasonable and ordinary expenses, including the cost of litigation.
