SUBPART F. ADMINISTRATION §952.61. Board of supervisors; administrative powers in general A. The general administration and responsibility for the proper operation of the retirement system and for making effective the provisions of this chapter are vested in the Board of Supervisors of Louisiana State University and Agricultural and Mechanical College. B. The Board of Supervisors of Louisiana State University and Agricultural and Mechanical College and the Board of Trustees of the Louisiana State Employees Retirement System are authorized to enter into an administrative services agreement, whereby general administrative and operational services required herein of the board of supervisors may be performed by the Board of Trustees of the Louisiana State Employees Retirement System.
