§2188. Chapter supplemental; liberal construction The powers and rights conferred by this Chapter shall be deemed to provide an additional and alternative method for the doing of the things authorized thereby, shall be regarded as supplemental and additional to powers conferred by other general laws, and shall not be regarded as in derogation of any powers now existing. This Chapter does and shall be construed to provide a complete and additional method for the issuance of bonds. No proceeding, hearing, notice, or approval shall be required for the issuance of any bonds or any instrument as security therefor, except as provided herein. The provisions of this Chapter shall be liberally construed for the accomplishment of its purposes. Acts 2010, No. 838, §2, eff. July 1, 2010; Acts 2010, No. 858, §1, eff. June 30, 2010.
