Mediators appointed under this Chapter must follow the stated conduct standards unless the ADR Section adopts a different code, and they must disclose qualifications, a CV, fee schedule, and any past or present conflicts or relationships to all parties after appointment notice.

§4107. Standard of conduct; disclosure A. The Standards of Conduct for Mediators adopted by the American Arbitration Association, the American Bar Association, and the Society of Professionals in Dispute Resolution shall apply to the professional conduct of mediators appointed under this Chapter unless the ADR Section adopts an alternative code of conduct. B. Upon receiving notice of appointment as a mediator in a particular proceeding, the mediator shall make available to all parties a list of his professional qualifications, curriculum vitae, and fee schedule and disclose to the parties all past or present conflicts or relationships with the parties or their counsel.
