§2003. Bus transportation Bus transportation to and from post-secondary vocational-technical facilities may be provided for students along major transportation routes of the normal enrollment area when routes can be economically justified. Students in adjoining areas may use the transportation system of either area. Students receiving transportation may be charged a bus transportation fee in an amount sufficient to completely offset the actual cost of providing the transportation service. The State Board of Elementary and Secondary Education shall establish such fees and shall provide for their collection. Added by Acts 1973, No. 208, §3; Acts 1986, No. 863, §1.
