§1310.10. Report to governor, supreme court, and legislature Annually, on or before the first day of April, commencing in 1990, the assistant secretary shall prepare and submit a report for the prior calendar year to the governor, the chief justice of the supreme court, the president of the Senate, the speaker of the House of Representatives, and each member of the legislature, which shall include a statement of the number of awards made and the causes of the accidents leading to the injuries for which the awards were made, total workload data of the workers' compensation judges, a detailed report of the work load of each workers' compensation judge, a detailed statement of the expenses of the offices of the assistant secretary of worker's compensation and the workers' compensation judges, together with any other matter which the assistant secretary deems proper to report, including any recommendations he may desire to make.
