When a sheriff makes the sale, the sale expenses and a 2% commission (capped at $50 per day's adjudication) are deducted, the remaining proceeds are distributed as stated, and the sheriff must send a sale report to the state land office. The levee district may not sell property in the Bohemia Spillway.
