RS 39:1315
Public officials or officers who knowingly or intentionally violate R.S. 39:1305(E) in an original budget or budget amendment are treated as violating R.S. 14:134 and face the penalties in that statute. Any person may also sue for mandamus, injunctive, or declaratory relief to force compliance with this Chapter.
