§30.1. Unlawful use of state-issued identification to gain access to a gaming establishment or in conjunction with gaming activities A. It shall be unlawful for any person to gain access, or attempt to gain access to the designated gaming area of any establishment where gaming is conducted pursuant to a license issued or casino operating contract entered into pursuant to the provisions of this Title, by the use of or attempted use of another person's state issued identification or driver's license or any fraudulent or altered identification issued or purported to be issued by any state, the United States, or any foreign or sovereign government, or any political subdivision thereof, or for any person to knowingly permit the use thereof by another in conjunction with gaming activities. B. Any person who violates, assists, or who knowingly permits the violation of the provisions of this Section may be imprisoned for not more than six months or fined not more than five hundred dollars, or both.
