§1337. Review of proposed budgets A. The committee shall make such studies and hold such hearings with respect to the proposed budgets as it deems appropriate. B. The licensing fees and any other fees charged by such agencies shall be subject to review by the committee and the committee may make recommendations to the legislature for changes in such fees as it deems necessary. C. The committee shall have authority to require any licensing agency to submit additional information concerning its proposed budget and its budgeting practices and may study and examine matters pertaining to the budgeting and financial affairs of licensing agencies as it deems necessary and appropriate. D. The committee shall submit its findings and recommendations relative to its review, analysis, and study of licensing agency budgets and budget practices to the members of the legislature prior to each regular session of the legislature.
