§1430.12. Fees A. The annual fee for registering agricultural liming materials shall be fifteen dollars payable to the commission. B. The late fee for each application to register an agricultural liming material, other than an application for initial registration, which is received after the first day of April of each year shall be fifty dollars payable to the commission. C. Each manufacturer of agricultural liming materials which are sold, offered for sale, or distributed in this state shall pay to the commission a fee of ten cents on each ton of materials delivered in this state. The fee imposed by this Subsection shall be paid quarterly at the same time the tonnage reports required by R.S. 3:1430.7 are submitted to the commissioner; however, the minimum fee due for each quarter shall be ten dollars.
