§663. Report of plans for participation in federal assistance programs; review and comments; records of application submitted to the division of administration; review, comment, and analysis by the federal review section of the division of administration; general information, documents; prohibition A. Each state agency or political subdivision shall report its plans for participation in any new or existing programs supported by any assistance from any federal agency to the division of administration, hereafter referred to as the division, and shall use such form(s) relative to its declaration of intent to apply for federal aid as shall be prescribed by the division for such reporting purpose. In addition, the report shall include any other information which the division may require. Such report shall be made to the division at least thirty calendar days prior to submission of any application for assistance to any federal agency. B. The division shall submit all state plan applications to the governor for review and comment. C. The division shall review such reports and information submitted under provisions of this Section. Officers, officials, and agencies shall comply with requests by the division for additional information relative to such proposed applications. D. The division shall maintain a record of all applications, as provided in this Section, that are submitted for federal assistance. Each state agency submitting such an application to a federal agency shall notify the division of the date such application is submitted to the appropriate federal agency. Acts 1988, No. 625, §5.
